MAMA2B - Strong for Birth

MAMA - Let's Stroll!

This 60-minute class is all about embracing the outdoors! We'll meet in a park with stroller or carriers in tow and hit the trails for some walking and full body movements!

I also lead a postpartum return to exercise class at ReConnect Health Centre called Mama Reconnect. This is a physiotherapy designed class that focuses on rehabilitation of the core & pelvic floor. To get all of the details and to register send an email to ReConnect right HERE.
