MAMA - Let's Run is a 12-week return to running postpartum program. It was designed to help build a strong foundation to get you running pain and symptom free after giving birth. Includes education, 6-week strength program, 6-week running program. I highly recommend you start with the STRENGTH component first and then move on to the RUNNING component.
