Service Description
IN-PERSON This 60-minute virtual consultation is such an important part of getting to know you. During this 1-hour consultation, we discuss... YOU (pregnancy or postpartum... and yes this can be years after giving birth). Want to feel strong and capable? Want to feel confident in your body's ability to support you in movement whether that is through exercise or every day activities like lifting your child or car seat? How do you feel? What are your needs? Goals? Expectations? Do you have concerns such as prolapse, incontinence, Diastasis Recti, pelvic pain? We can also address how to exercise in pregnancy and prepare for postpartum. How to return to exercise in postpartum with our core & pelvic floor in mind? How to manage pelvic floor symptoms during exercise... because you don't have to stop doing the activities you love to do! We also address your pregnancies, birthing experiences and your recoveries. I truly believe getting to know you and your experiences offers me so much insight in being able to provide you with the best services suited to your specific needs. We'll follow up our chat with a movement assessment! I will always ask for your consent whether through our chat or during the movement assessment. Also, just a friendly reminder that I do not coach weight loss or talk about nutrition plans.
