1:1 elite fitness coaching that not only keeps you accountable through bi-weekly check-ins, but empowers you to make yourself a priority.
Access to a personalized program, with ongoing adjustments, that focuses on how you FEEL rather than the size or shape of your body.
A plan that helps you manage those tricky pelvic floor symptoms so that you don't have to wear a pad or run to the bathroom before very workout.

60-minute initial virtual consultation with me to discuss your goals, pregnancy and/or postpartum experiences, pelvic floor symptoms, and so much more
A custom 4-month strength workout plan, designed for you, and your specific goals and needs, that will progressively change as needed
Workout program delivered via the free TrueCoach app, available via mobile or desktop. Through the app, you can directly chat with Martine, see video demonsrations and written descriptions
TWO 30-minute check-in/or workout calls per month to discuss your progress, any symptoms that may be coming up, chat about strategies or exercises, discuss life and challenges coming up or whatever you need.
Personalized adjustments to workout programs and exercises to better support your specific needs and goals
Unlimited Voxer access to me from Monday to Friday, to share quick texts and audio messages (could be for updates, gentle accountability and quick check-ins)
Access to a small community of like minded folks to share and connect with throughout your journey

If you're all in, I'll have you confirm your spot via email. I will then follow-up with an invoice and a contract for you to pay and sign.

I'm a certified kinesiologist and have a few certifications in the perinatal and pelvic health fields and have helped hundreds of folks along the way.
