A 10-Day movement guide

to help you build an intentional exercise routine

that actually works for this version of your life.

Look, getting into any type of routine in pregnancy & motherhood is a puzzle in itself.

Finding time to move your body is HARD.

The last thing you feel motivated to do is navigate an overly complex and exhausting workout.

But I’ll let you in on a secret...

Moving your body doesn’t have to be time-consuming, complicated, or exhausting.

In fact, it’s better when it’s not.

I can help you to:

Challenge the outdated philosophy that effective workouts have to be brutally hard and long (like, no thank you!)

Effectively build strength while managing core & pelvic floor symptoms

Redefine your relationship with exercise so that it supports your whole being and makes you want to come back for more - even amidst the unpredictability that is parenting

Be a part of a supportive environment that celebrates and encourages what bodies can do, rather than on their appearance.

I’ve worked with Martine for a few months now and am so thankful I met her. The workouts are actually realistic for me, as a mom who works outside the home. I’ve been able to prioritize movement and I feel so much stronger and have been able to return to running!

In FITNESS REFRESH, you'll get:

  • TEN daily emails with reminders and gentle nudges to get your moving

  • THREE at-home strength workouts 30-minutes or less

  • A full PDF workbook to track your workouts and take notes

  • Tips on getting started with a program (and how to make sure you stick with it)

  • An e-check-in form for accountability

  • A Private Facebook Group to ask questions and get group support

You will need:

  • a set of dumbbells

  • a bench or chair

  • a mini band

Taking care of yourself,

reaching your goals,

and your body's ability to continue to be strong and independent is non-negotiable.

Your joy, pleasure, confidence, and your pure existence are worth preserving and nourishing.

Let me show you how to use exercise to take care of you

in a way that works with this wild stage you’re in.

Meet Martine Chiasson, your prenatal & postnatal fitness coach

I'm a certified kinesiologist with a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology and multiple certifications in the prenatal and postnatal fitness realm.

I'm not your typical fitness coach.

"Snap back or bounce back" culture? I say burn it to the ground!

I guide pregnant and postpartum folks on their fitness journeys from a non-diet approach.  I want you to know that you can move your body, feel strong and very capable, in THIS version of your body and at this stage in your life.

I can’t wait for you to discover how movement can be a support for your whole being.

" Martine is truly the best ! She has a wealth of knowledge about prenatal and postpartum fitness. She makes you feel so comfortable and makes you realize that you're not alone going through all sorts of different things" - Jenn-

Join me in the FITNESS REFRESH so that you can start prioritizing YOU again!

  • Can I join even if I’m still in my first trimester?
Absolutely! Unless there is a medical reason or contraindication, this class is appropriate for all trimesters! Women are usually fatigued or nauseous in the first trimester, but studies show that exercise can alleviate these symptoms, BONUS!
  • Is this safe for 3rd trimester?
Unless there is a medical contraindication, these workouts are absolutely appropriate for the third trimester. We actually encourage you to be active near the end of pregnancy as it can alleviate some discomfort and achiness often felt by women.
  • What type of exercises will be included in this class?
Great question! This class is meant to strengthen your whole body, therefore you can expect all types of different exercises such as: body weight, resistance banded exercises, weighted exercises as well as some relaxation poses and mobility work. This class is NOT a HIIT class nor does it have any impact exercises.
  • How long are the workouts?
Each session will be 60 minutes each. The actual time spent moving will range from 30-40 minutes total.
  • I haven’t done exercises in years, can I still join?"
YES! As mentionned above, these exercises are appropriate for all levels of fitness. We can modify exercises to meet you where you feel comfortable. The goal of this class is to strengthen your whole body, boost your mood and energy, and have you feeling confidant going into birth.
  • Is this refundable?
This is non-refundable. I am confident that you will love this class, however, pregnancy is a journey, and we don't control all the variables of our journey. If something should happen, or you are no longer medically cleared to exercise (i.e bleeding, bed rest, loss of amniotic fluid, etc), or you feel uncomfortable moving forward with the class, please send me an email HERE and we can further discuss :)
