Hello! I'm Martine. Your prenatal and postnatal exercise coach and the creator of The Quick 10-minute Workout Guide!

I have a strong passion to help pregnant and postpartum people, including bereaved mothers, feel strong and capable in their bodies.

I guide and support women along their exercise journeys while addressing the core & pelvic floor, the mental load associated to the current season of life, body image and much more.
