About the Event
Join us for this 8-weeks, 60-minutes exercise class designed for postpartum women who've already returned to exercise, whether months into postpartum or years into postpartum. With motherhood in mind, this class is programmed to get you moving optimally, strengthen your whole body, increase your mobility and your energy.
How does this class compare to our Mama - Core & Body Strength class? Exercises in this class are at a higher level of intensity, from moderate to vigorous at times. This class is appropriate for women who are transitioning from healing and rehabilitating the core and pelvic floor, and are searching for more challenging exercises.
What you can expect from this class?
- Circuit-based HIIT exercises customized to increase strength and mobility using different equipment.
- Appropriate modifications to exercises according to your comfort, needs and pelvic floor and core demands.
- Baby-FREE class, so you can focus on yourself for an hour.
